Dear all:
Did someone have the tools or codes that do the conversion operations for the IMA local-part(as described in Internationalizing Mail Addresses in Applications (IMAA))?
In most instance the IMA local-part conversion result equal to the IDNA conversion result,right?

I don't know of (or don't remember) any implementation of the IMAA
conversion operations (ToASCII and ToUnicode).

Nope, they are always different (except in the degenerate case where the
Unicode local part is really just ASCII).
