Greetings again. This is the last message on the mailing list. As we
discussed in Seoul, it is clear that there is no consensus on what to
do next. There is very little interest in actively working on this
technology. We are probably better off not doing anything for a
while, gathering both data and user expectations, and starting again
later.
If someone wants to get this rolling again, they should both (a)
write a new Internet Draft with a proposal and (b) start their own
mailing list. Be sure to let folks know about both of these when you
do. Please not that I'm not encouraging that yet, just saying that it
is possible.
